Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms offered a lot of space, though noise from other guests could be heard easily. The king bed and en-suite bathroom were convenient. The service was generally good, with helpful staff, but there was room for improvement in responsiveness to complaints. The location was relaxing, with beautiful views and close proximity to Arches National Park, but there were minor issues with noise and comfort. The dining options were a bit disappointing at times. Overall, a decent stay with some ups and downs.
My stay at this hotel was amazing. The room was fantastic, a great place to play and unwind, although it didn't offer much of a view, just a rocky bank. The service could have been more responsive to my complaint, but the amenities like shops, laundry, and tours were convenient. The location was beautiful with the best view, very close to Arches National Park. The dining experience was hands down the best continental breakfast I've ever had, with a great selection of healthy options.
My stay at the hotel was really pleasant overall. The rooms, although lacking a view, were spacious, modern, and clean, making for a nice experience. The service was friendly and helpful, but could have been a bit more responsive to issues. The location, while beautiful with great views, was a bit far from other dining options, requiring a car. The dining experience was good but could have been better with warmer food. The facilities were generally nice, but there were some issues like limited dining choices and occasional lack of hot water.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, it offers a great location near Moab's attractions and a surprisingly comfortable pull-out bed, but there were noise issues with the fan in the room and occasional lack of attentiveness from the staff to complaints.
